BBB: How’d I Come Up with SuitCraft?

I try to ruck as much as I can to counteract sitting at a desk all day.

It also has a habit of turning into thinking time.

Most of my career has been spent helping people do what they do better. I’ve never been particularly good at keeping my head down if I see something that could be improved. Most teams appreciate that. Not all of them do.

At some point, it occurred to me that I could apply the same thinking to myself.

Instead of tailoring tools and processes one-on-one, what if that capability could be packaged and made available more broadly?

What if I could bottle up what I do and make it accessible?

What if we did Ray as a Service?
